Allergy Safe Kids, a non-profit founded in 2013 by Haidi Demain MD, have helped make Colorado schools safer for children with life-threatening food allergies.   Although ASK is no longer operating as it was, their training program and mission live on. You can access the training program here on AllergyCertifiedTraining.com or at the Colorado Department of Education’s website under Food Allergy Training.
